The Pool is Officially Open!

Today we went swimming in our pool for the first time of the season. Well Big Monkey had been in it before while cleaning it and such but I had not been in it and neither had Little Monkey (although Little Monkey didn’t go today). Big Monkey cleaned the pool pretty well today and then he and I went swimming while finishing up the cleaning. The temperature was right around 84 degrees so it was nice. Hopefully we will enjoy many more days of swimming in the pool this summer. I just need for it to rain a bit more (even though that will make it colder) so that we don’t have to keep filling it up with water! Our water bill is crazy. We also need to get some pool floats or noodles or something so I’ll be on the lookout for those.
