It doesn’t take much to make me happy. As my email stated, my power cable was to arrive this afternoon. Since they told me it would be here on the 24th, I wasn’t holding out too much hope that it really would be here today. This afternoon, the doorbell rang and it was the Fed-Ex man! I was so very happy because he really did have my power cable. And now my computer will work again. My battery still sucks but we’ll work on that. 
One thing at a time! So, Thank You to the HP guy who helped me the other day and did manage to get my power cable to me before the weekend like I had asked!
