Little Monkette!
It is hard to believe, but Little Monkette is turning ONE today! We are having a little family party with a cupcake theme. I can’t wait to post the pictures of the cake that Mimi is making for her. Little Monkey and I made some cookies too. I can hardly wait to put her in her birthday dresses and get some pictures!
Last night Little Monkette was so sweet. Even in the craziness of the day, she managed to find a sweet moment with me. I was probably past my last nerve with the kids and I was just biding my time until bedtime. We were watching Cars and Little Monkette climbed onto the couch and up into my lap. She wrapped her arms around me and gave me a big hug, over and over again. It was SO sweet. It was nice to have such a sweet calm moment amongst the wild and craziness of the day.
